The villa we bought is in Uzumlu, near Fethiye, the company that built the villa is also based in Uzumlu which means that during the building process we were able to work together to obtain the quality construction the company is aiming for and the villa we dreamt of.

With English speaking personnel the whole process was made so much easier with informed reports and discussions on detail at regular intervals, any changes or alterations were always agreed.

We were given various choices regarding the finishing material such as ceramics, marble, bathroom suites, paint/décor etc. (these need to be clearly defined as to what is included and what is not).

A five year guarantee was also a reassuring factor when making our decision (this again needs to be clarified as to what is covered under the guarantee). Also to be included would be a site map and boundaries clearly showing which boundry / fences the purchaser is responsible for.
In conclusion, the whole process was made so much easier and stress free by wonderful help and support from our agent and construction company and making our relocation to this beautiful country and its people such a pleasure.
